IC Information
Name: Eric Cartman
Canon: South Park
Gender: Male
Age: 10
History: Wiki

Personality:

South Park is a pretty damn crude, intentionally offensive satirical show, and of all the characters on it Cartman has to be the worst, most offensive person in the world of South Park. He's a racist, sociopathic, sexist, homophobic, manipulative, cruel and overall nasty piece of work, with few - if any - redeeming features.

Cartman is incredibly manipulative. He loves finding people's weaknesses and exploiting the hell out of them, often with dire, catastrophic consequences. In one episode, he sent a fake police report to the wife of a psychiatrist; the report claimed the psychiatrist slept with an under age girl and the wife ended up committing suicide. And all because psychiatrist repeatedly called Cartman cruel names relating to his weight. Another time he actually managed to manipulate Cuthulu into killing people for him. Countless times he's manipulated and lied to boys in his year to go along with his latest scheme, Butters usually being his main victim. He also shows leadership skills in that regard, or at least he shows how much he loves being a leader to the other kids. In the games he plays with his friends (the superheroes and Game of Thrones games of pretend) he is usually the one in charge, the one that makes the big decisions and orders the others around. Especially in the Game of Thrones games - hell, he made himself a Wizard and a King, after all. When the others didn't go along with what he wanted in the superhero games, he lashed out and attacked two of them, which then led to them kicking Cartman out of their club.

Perhaps one of the reasons Cartman often finds it easy to manipulate people is because of his charisma. When speaking to adults (that aren't his mother, at least) he uses the language of someone older than a child his age, particularly when he's trying to manipulate somebody and/or trying to make them take him seriously. He does this with kids too, easily able to convince other boys in his class to believe whatever crap he's been spewing. He knows how to speak to get somebody to trust him, just as he knows that using his age to his advantage is also beneficial.

Thanks to his skills in manipulation, Cartman often finds it relatively easy not to get his hands bloody (so to speak) himself. Any deaths that are caused by him are often not at a direct result of him physically killing somebody. When had Scott Tenerman's parents killed, ground up and fed to their son as chilli, he didn't murder them himself. He tricked Scott into getting his mom and dad onto a farm where he knew they'd be shot on sight. He did, however, deal with and cook the bodies himself, and with no remorse. In fact, he was pleased - overjoyed - when the plan worked and he got his revenge on Scott. Cartman rarely, if ever, feels bad for the anguish he causes, even when it involves someone's death. When he found out that Scott's father, the man he had killed and made into chilli, was also his own father the only thing he felt bad about was the fact that it meant his dad was ginger - and so Cartman still "had the ginger gene in him."

Like many villains, Cartman is very, very greedy. This is as simple as gorging on food that he refuses to share, to creating elaborate schemes in order to become rich or get other things he desperately wants. For example, he created a Shakey's Pizza of his own using aborted foetuses and manipulating most of the country into thinking that he cared about his dying best friend to do it. (It... makes sense in context - sorta.) He even convinced the "friends" that knew what he was like. Cartman is very selfish though, and doesn't really care about anyone but himself.

He also loves to brag. It's rare that he'd follow through with a scheme that meant he had to keep entirely quiet, unless the end result involved plenty of attention in itself. Particularly from Kyle, who Cartman loves to torment more than anybody else, primarily because he gives Cartman the best reactions. Cartman craves attention at all times - he's constantly making demands of others, constantly getting under people's skin on purpose. He always has to make sure his awful opinions are heard. The only thing that stops him from straight up becoming an unfiltered monster is the fear that he'll get into trouble.

The one person who he comes at all close to caring about is probably his mother. She dotes on him, not just spoiling him - but outright ignoring bad behaviour and even rewarding it, intentionally or not. It was even put forth in 'Tsst' that she's one of the reasons he's so badly behaved - when she came down on him and punished him for his behaviour, something in him snapped (or... was vomited out) and he turned around completely - at least appearing well behaved for the brief period his mom's parenting methods changed. It's also implied that at least some of his prejudices were learnt from her. Despite the demands he makes of her, whenever kids make fun of his mom for sleeping with a lot of people or doing crack, Cartman defends her vehemently.

Powers/Abilities: He's a human 10 year old with no real supernatural abilities... unless you count super farts and the ability to fit a satellite up his ass.

Keepsakes/Mementos:
X Clyde frog; a stuffed animal he's had since he was 2 years old (that he actually had another stuffed animal "murder" in the episode '1%' in some strange attempt of maturity).
X Grand Wizard costume he wore in the video game Stick of Truth and the 'Game of Thrones' episodes.
X Regular clothing + hat.
X The Coon costume (his supervillainhero persona).
X His tricycle.
X Cheesy poofs and other snacks??? Food, basically.
X Mr Kitty, his cat? If it's not allowed then a picture or lookalike would be okay.

Sample:
Note: This occurs toward the end of 'Titties and Dragons', going a bit AU at the Red Robin Wedding.

This is such fucking bullcrap. The plan was flawless. Lock the Sony dicks inside the Red Robin, get out and take the XBoxes before those dildos even knew what was going on. Except not. Because apparently everyone else just has to ruin it for him, as usual. Cartman swears every time something awesome comes along for him someone else craps all over it; usually Jew boy.

This time it's Clyde though. Just as he's talking to that vagina, the doors behind the two of them begin to thud as the sound of angry, greedy crowds sound from outside. And Jesus, the fuck? Clyde just said those dumbass shoppers weren't supposed to be here yet.

"Clyde! What the fuck?" he demands, but before Clyde or anyone else seated in the Red robin can react, the doors fly open and a large crowd surges in, engulfing everybody in there in seconds.

Cartman shuffles through them all, keeping low and watching the "soldiers" - Sony and Microsoft alike - begin to scatter in a confused panic. Apparently this is no one's betrayal or double bluff or - whatever. This is real; just people being goddamn dicks while he's trying to put a very important Game of Thrones plan in action! What do they even want with the Red Robin? They don't have 90% off as far as Cartman could tell - not that he knows for sure, he left the accounting shit to Kyle.

Cartman's question as to what they're all doing there is answered though; he hears someone scream something about Tom Hanks and Beyoncé through the crowd. Fuck's sake, really? Cartman manages to escape the restaurant, but maybe he shouldn't have. The mall is worse, way worse than Red Robin. Pissed off now, Cartman tramples through the blood and the bodies already wetting the floor. This is what happens when you let buttholes like Clyde in charge of being lookout.

He spots Butters just outside the doors, a crowd of people between them, looking lost and wide eyed. "Butters!" he yells, loud enough to get the other boy's attention. He looks completely useless. As usual. "Fucking - Get to EVGames, asshole!" Butters looks like he has a reply to that, but he's swallowed by the crowd before Cartman can hear it. For fuck's sake!

Cartman makes it up the escalator, using his size - his shortness, at least - to his advantage, and throwing small electrical items and toys in the path of others so they'll move. He spots the game store just as someone walks out in front of him. This guy has a god damn mental look in his eyes, looking at something on the floor near Cartman. That stupid Elmo doll. He's blocking the entrance to EVGames.

Cartman picks the doll up. "If you want this then move," he barks. God damn, he doesn't have time for this bull. He needs that XBox. He needs to show Stan and those assholes how super cool and superior it is. "EY! I am a Wizard and a King, and you will move, so-"

Or not. The stranger's knee strikes Cartman's forehead, hard, knocking him sharply backward against the banister behind him. His head splits open and he's dead instantly.

Mindset: Cartman won't take his death well. In general, he's not seriously opposed to death... as long as it gets him eternal happiness, divine rest and 10,000 dollars cash in heaven. Since that isn't likely to happen, and this isn't heaven, Cartman is highly likely to rebel and deny he's dead at all. He remembers what happened to him, but he'll just think he survived. He's survived worse before, after all! He'll think he's kidnapped or something.

G̶̶l̨͡i̵͢t̷c͝͠h̕é͠s̷̷͡: The denial of food is a sure way to get Cartman mad. People not giving him attention or ignoring him also panics him quite a bit. His lack of father figure is also a large insecurity of his, though a bit less so after finding out who his dad is. Insinuations about his weight and anything bad said about his mother is also a way to get under his skin.
